Which stores and platforms do you support?
Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress and custom websites, plus WhatsApp. Tell me your platform and I will confirm before you order.
Can customers still reach a human?
Yes. When the bot cannot help, or the customer asks for a person, you get an email or Slack alert with the full chat history.
What do you need from me to start?
Your store link, your FAQs or policy documents, and access to connect orders. I handle the build, testing and launch.
What languages does the chatbot support?
English by default. Spanish, Arabic, French, German and most major languages are available in the Standard and Premium packages.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. The Premium package includes 30 days of support. After that I offer a monthly plan for updates and monitoring.
