Which platform should I use — Zapier, Make or n8n?
Depends on you. Zapier is simplest and best for straightforward multi-app connections. Make handles complex branching and data transformation at lower cost per operation. n8n is the most powerful and cheapest at scale but needs hosting and is best if you have some technical comfort. Message me your
Do I need a paid subscription on those platforms?
Usually yes. Zapier's free tier only allows simple two-step workflows; Make and n8n have their own limits. Those costs are yours, not mine, and I will tell you what tier you need before you order rather than after.
How do I know it actually works?
I test every workflow end-to-end with sample data before delivery and share the test log so you can see the runs. On Premium, you also get a recorded walkthrough of it running.
Can you connect my CRM to my project management tool?
Yes — that is one of the most common builds I do. A deal marked Closed Won in HubSpot creates the onboarding project in ClickUp with the right tasks and owners, and posts to Slack. I work hands-on in HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and Zoho.
Do you set up self-hosted n8n?
Server setup and hosting are outside these packages. I build in an n8n instance you already have, or in n8n Cloud. If you need hosting arranged, message me and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
Do you offer ongoing automation support?
Yes. Once a business has several workflows running, monthly monitoring and maintenance make sense — checking runs, fixing failures, and adding new workflows as things change. Message me and I will quote it.
Can you audit automations someone else built?
Yes. That is often the best first order — I review what exists, tell you what is fragile and what is redundant, then rebuild or repair. Message me for a custom offer.
