FAQ
Can you write for practice areas other than what you listed?
Yes, but please contact me first to see if I am comfortable in that area of law. There are certain areas of law that I do not like drafting content for because I am not confident in it and it takes me much longer to do, meaning it isn't always feasible for me or you to do.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, please see the photos/gallery with my Gig and other Gigs. Please also contact me if you have questions or want to see a tailored sample for your firm before you have to order.
As a lawyer, do you offer any legal services or attorney services like drafting legal documents?
NO, I do not offer any legal services at all. My employment with NYS prohibits me from performing legal services at all. I cannot draft letters, pleadings, motions, appeals or anything else, nor can I give you legal advice or do any forms.
Do you use AI to draft your blog posts?
No, I draft the content myself because AI still doesn't have SEO and law correct, and therefore it takes too long to edit their work. But once I have done a first draft, I do use AI to help edit and check for clarity, composition and accuracy, as well as using an RN and editor for certain pages.
Do you copy and paste content?
No, absolutely not. For SEO principles, content must be original and not copy-and-pasted otherwise you will get a search engine demerit. My content is original and unique to your law firm and order, and although it may resemble other pages, it is always new and not plagiarized.
Do you offer photos for your Gigs?
Unfortunately, no. FIVERR had been offering photos as Gig extras, but that appears to have been discontinued in mid-December 2025. If and when that option returns, I will likely incorporate that with my offerings.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Not usually, but contact me. I do offer monthly subscriptions at a discount, but generally do not offer other discounts because it would be too far below what I could just bill at my hourly rate as a lawyer.
Are you United States only or do you write for other countries?
I only draft content for law firms in the United States. However, if you are a lawyer or law firm in another country and really want to use my services, contact me first so we can talk about this possibility.
