Is this manual conversion or reusable automation?
This is a custom Python workflow for one agreed invoice layout, not just manual typing. You receive source code, setup instructions, Excel results and an exception report. We confirm the intended computer setup before ordering.
Can you handle scans, handwriting or any PDF?
Not in this pilot. It covers English, one-page digital invoices with selectable text, a consistent layout and USD amounts. Scans, handwriting, multi-page invoices and unsupported layouts need separate assessment.
What do you need before I order?
Send 3-5 anonymized examples, required fields, output columns, typical volume and your computer operating system. Include one difficult example. I will confirm fit before you order. Do not send passwords or API keys.
Is extraction always accurate?
No. Structure and quality affect results. We agree expected output and test against your supplied documents. Missing fields, failed checks and unsupported files are flagged rather than guessed.
How do duplicate and total checks work?
Checks cover repeated files and vendor/invoice-number combinations within the batch, line-item arithmetic and subtotal plus tax against printed totals. They do not establish authenticity or tax compliance. Cross-batch tracking is separate scope.
What does one revision cover?
One round of adjustments to agreed fields, output columns or validation rules. New layouts, integrations or substantially different workflows are additional scope. Message me first for assessment.
Are invoices uploaded to an external AI or OCR service?
The demonstrated processor runs locally without an OCR or AI-service API. Please anonymize initial samples. Any additional third-party processing, hosting or paid tools must be discussed and agreed before use.
Are the gallery examples paid client projects?
No. They are labeled synthetic demonstrations. The example batch includes intentional errors and duplicates to show how the workflow handles them. Test counts are not a real-world accuracy guarantee.
