FAQ
Can I choose design, colors or fonts?
YES, surely! Please, contact me before making an order. And write me: - what colors you prefer - what style of design do you like (examples) All Welcome Books I make 100% personalized
Is that a Template?
No, I provide here a personalized Welcome Book. If You need only a template to edit it Yourself contact me
Can You give me an example of Book's text?
Yes. If You don't know what exactly to write in Your Welcome Book, I will send You a sample text to fill. But, please consider, that I am NOT writing (creating) the texts, but only USING the text You provide.
What do I have to provide for a Welcome Book?
1. A text of it (About Us, house rules....) I can send You an example to compile if You don't know what to write 2. Your property and some location photos 3. A link to Your rental listing (if You have) Then we'll discuss together the style, colors and fonts to use in Book.
What if I don't have time to write all the text or research local spots?
No problem! Simply send me your Airbnb/VRBO listing link and property address. I will extract your property details, write clear house rules and appliance guides, and research the best restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions near your rental for you!
: Can I edit the welcome book later if my WiFi password or rules change?
Yes! Along with your print-ready PDF, you receive an editable Canva source link. You can easily update your WiFi password, door codes, or house rules anytime in seconds using a free Canva account—without needing to pay a designer again.
Can my guests view this welcome guide on their phones?
Your welcome book is designed both for printing (A4 or US Letter for a coffee table binder) and for digital sharing. You can easily send the PDF or an interactive mobile flipbook link to guests via WhatsApp, email, or Airbnb messages!
