As a professional, EFA-certified developmental editor, I will provide you with the following tools:

• 1:1 calls: To make sure I understand you and your story, I will meet with you virtually at least once. I want to use this time to get to know you better and gain some insights into your goals for your story. However, this is also your chance to ask me any questions, either about the edit or writing & publishing in general.
• In-line comments: While reading through your manuscript, I will leave thoughtful in-line comments which will be a mix of my authentic reactions, as well as feedback and suggestions on how to improve aspects such as character development, POV, atmosphere etc.
• Edit letter: The edit letter is the heart of the developmental edit. It highlights the strengths of your story and provides you with detailed feedback on where & how to improve, as well as resources to help you in your writing career. Depending on the length of your manuscript, this edit letter will be 5-15 pages long.
