Where do I start?
If you have any doubts or questions about whether my offer is suitable for you and what kind of package you need for your project, write me a private message. If you have already chosen the right package - just place your order and follow the steps that need to be filled out to start the order.
Which file format should I send?
It is best to work with a RAW image, as it contains the most information. If you do not have it you can send JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD. Please make sure that the photo is of good quality, 80% of the result depends on it. An image with bad light or low quality cannot be improved greatly improved.
What type of file do you deliver?
By default, I can deliver full-resolution JPEGs, flatten TIFFs or PSDs, or both if it's requested. On-demand, I can deliver other file formats and different color profiles.
What I can get with the purchase of the BASIC package?
Basic pimples, scars, and blemishes removal; Simple skin smoothing; Light Color and Exposure corrections; Removing dust particles, spots, scratches. DOES NOT include background fixing or changing but includes small object removal. Best suited for: personal portraits and photos for social media.
What I can get with the purchase of the STANDARD package?
Includes everything in the BASIC package + Detailed skin retouch; Face and body shaping; Retouch flyaway hair, lips, teeth, and eyes; Background fixes. - Best suited for Professional business portraits, catalog fashion shots, personal portraits that need more detailed retouching, and model tests.
What I can get with the purchase of the PREMIUM package?
Includes everything in the PREMIUM package + full High-End processing with pinpoint work on all the details.
What is source file and is it included in packages?
The source file is a layered PSD file (including all layers) that is not included in Premium package but you also can purchase it separately by choosing a specific extra service.
