What is the difference between cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping?
Cleanup corrects existing bookkeeping errors, such as incorrect categories and duplicate entries. Catch-up bookkeeping records missing transactions for past months. Both services are limited to the accounts, period, and transaction volume agreed for your order.
What do you need to get started?
I need QuickBooks Online accountant access, complete bank and credit card statements, relevant invoices and receipts, and the previous reconciliation reports if available. We must also confirm the opening balances and the period to be completed.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please message me on Fiverr with your date range, number of bank and credit card accounts, approximate transaction count, and known issues. I will review your requirements and confirm the appropriate package or custom offer.
How do your package limits work?
Each package covers one business. Account limits refer to bank and credit card accounts. The transaction limit is the combined total across all included accounts and months, not a separate allowance for each account or month.
What reports will I receive?
All packages include a summary of corrections, unresolved items, and reconciliation reports for completed accounts and periods. Standard and Premium also include a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet based on your updated books. These reports are not audited.
What is not included in these packages?
Opening balance reconstruction, inventory reconstruction, payroll, tax filing, and audit services are excluded. Additional accounts, months, or transactions beyond the package limits require a separate agreement. Please disclose historical issues before ordering.
Do you need my passwords or bank login details?
No. Please invite me as an accountant to QuickBooks Online and provide the required documents through Fiverr. Do not share your QuickBooks password, bank password, or one-time security codes.
What if information is missing or I need a revision?
I will flag missing documents and ask for clarification before making unsupported entries. Revisions cover corrections or clarifications within the original scope. Additional periods, accounts, or work beyond the agreed limits require a separate agreement.
