I work with .rcp, .rcs, and .e57 point cloud files. If your scan data is in a different format, message me and I'll let you know if I can convert or work with it.

Yes. I model Architecture and Structure as standard, and MEP is available depending on the package and scope — just mention it when you message me so I can scope it correctly.
What software do you deliver the final files in?
I align every model directly against your source point cloud data throughout the process, so the final BIM model reflects true as-built conditions rather than approximations.
How long does delivery take?
