Yes. Basic includes a short fix summary. Standard and Premium include the pipeline files and notes covering triggers, required settings and deployment steps. Premium also includes the agreed image rollback procedure.

Yes. Basic covers one agreed pipeline configuration issue in one repository. Send sanitized error logs before ordering so I can assess the cause. Application code bugs, failing test logic and multiple unrelated issues require a separate quote.

Usually, yes. I will confirm the minimum repository, CI platform and server permissions required. Use temporary access where possible and revoke it after delivery. Store secrets in the platform's secret store, not in source code or screenshots.

Premium includes health checks and a procedure to redeploy the previous Docker image. It does not reverse database migrations or restore data. Zero-downtime deployment is not included and requires a separate infrastructure assessment.

Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed pipeline scope. New repositories, apps, environments or features are additional work. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and on-call support are not included.
