PlanSwift for takeoff, Primavera P6 for scheduling, and MS Office for reporting. I also use AI tools to speed up documentation and research, but every quantity and rate is manually reviewed before delivery.
Can you work from PDF drawings, or do you need CAD files?
Both — PlanSwift handles on-screen takeoff from PDFs directly, though CAD files help with precision on complex geometry.
Do you provide estimates for projects outside Pakistan?
I've worked with clients in the US, Australia, Korea, and across the Gulf, and I'm available for remote engagements including Qatar and Oman.
What's the difference between the Basic and Standard package?
Basic covers one trade; Standard covers the full scope of the project (all trades) with marked-up drawings included.
Can you track my project after the estimate, not just deliver it once?
Yes — the Premium package sets up a baseline schedule and Earned Value Management (EVM) framework, and I offer ongoing monthly progress reporting as a separate add-on.
