Why instruct me:

• I am from England, UK and work as a HR & DEI Advisor for employer clients.
• Experience of HR & recruitment support for small businesses across all sectors.
• I support businesses in England & Wales.

HR consultancy services:

• HR advice on employee engagement, performance management, DEI, grievance and disciplinary meetings etc.
• Other: Recruitment advertising, headhunting, shortlisting, background checks & drafting job roles.

Important:

• Zoom video meetings via the Fiverr platform can be scheduled between 30-60 minute slots and at a time and date mutually agreed with 5 working days' notice.
• I provide my up to date diary every fortnight to assist.
• Unused hours cannot be rolled over to the next month.
• All written HR advice is calculated using 1 x hour from your package allowance to account for my review, preparation and written advice via the Fiverr platform.
• My working hours are Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm but I sometimes work flexi-hours so may reply to messages in the evening/on weekends. However, you are not expected to read and reply outside of your hours.
• I cannot provide employment legal advice.
