The dynamic QR code is editable. Even after printing, you can modify the URL/link. On the other hand, the static QR code cannot be modified once it has been generated.

A Digital Business card is a modern feature to share your contact info with people vitually, you can connect it with a printable physical business card with the help of a QR code.
What is Apple Wallet Pass?
Apple Wallet pass can be used for saving your business contact info into the Apple Wallet Pass Application.
Where Digital Business Card will be Hosted?
The Digital Business card will be hosted on my server, and I can't deploy it on your server.

No, Digital Business Card and Dynamic QR code have no additional charges or Annual/Monthly Fee.
