Do you guarantee that every WordPress issue can be fixed?
Most clearly defined issues can be resolved, but I cannot guarantee a solution before reviewing the website, code, hosting environment, and third-party services. I will explain any limitation I find.
Will you work directly on my live website?
For simple, low-risk fixes, I can work directly on the live website when a current backup is available. For complex issues, I will test the solution in a temporary staging environment before applying it to the live website.
Does this service include malware removal?
No. Malware cleanup, hacked-site recovery, and security incident response require separate evaluation.
Can you fix several unrelated problems in one order?
The standard packages cover one clearly defined issue. When I find a small, closely related issue that can be resolved quickly during the same work, I am usually happy to fix it at no additional cost. Multiple or unrelated issues that require separate investigation will need a custom offer.
