FAQ
Do you host the bot for me?
No. You run it on your own VPS or hosting account, and every package includes a step-by-step setup guide. A small Linux VPS from any provider is usually enough, and the provider bills you directly. You can also run the bot on your own computer to try it first.
Will I get the full source code?
Yes. You get the complete, commented Python code plus a .env template. You add your own bot token in that file, so you never need to send it to me.
How do you build and test the bots?
I write the code with modern AI-assisted development tools. Then I review it and test every command and button with a test bot in a private test chat before delivery. You get screenshots of the test run.
Can we talk on a call?
All communication happens in writing in Fiverr chat, which keeps a clear record of every requirement and change. I am in Ukraine (UTC+2/+3), so please allow for the time difference.
What counts as a revision?
A change within the scope we agreed before the order, such as new wording, a different button layout or adjusted form steps. New commands, integrations or platforms are new work, and I can add them through a custom offer.
How do you connect APIs or Google Sheets without my passwords?
You put your own keys in the .env file. I build and test with my own test keys or sample data. If a paid or private API has no free test access, we agree in chat how to test it before you order. Please never send passwords in chat.
Can you make a bot for mass messaging or adding members?
No. I do not build spam, mass DM, member scraping or fake engagement bots, or any bot that breaks Telegram or Discord rules. I also do not build trading, gambling or payment bots. I will decline these orders.
What if Telegram, Discord or a website changes after delivery?
During the bug-fix period I fix anything in my code that stops working as agreed. Later changes, for example when a website you track changes its layout, can be handled through a new order or custom offer.
Can you build for both platforms or fix my existing bot?
Yes, through a custom offer. For an existing Python bot, send me the code or a description of the problem in chat first, so I can check the scope before you order.
