FAQ
Can you scrape any website?
Public pages, yes, if the site's terms allow it. I don't scrape social media or pages behind a login, and I don't bypass CAPTCHAs or anti-bot protection. Please send me the link before ordering; I will check it and confirm in chat.
Can you collect emails and phone numbers for leads?
No. I don't collect people's emails, phone numbers or profiles; Fiverr does not allow services that share such contact details. I can collect company-level details such as business name, category, address and website from public directories that allow it.
Do I need to share my Google account for Google Sheets?
No. I deliver an .xlsx or CSV file through Fiverr. You can open it in Google Sheets with File > Import. No email address or account access is needed.
How do we communicate? Are calls included?
All communication is in writing via Fiverr chat, so every detail is on record. Calls are not included in the packages. I send a short progress update during the order.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes. I use AI-assisted tools to write the code, then run it, test it and spot-check the output against the live website before delivery. AI-assisted work is part of every order, so if you need a no-AI service, this gig is not the right fit.
What if the site blocks scraping or the data is missing?
I check the site before starting. If it blocks requests or the data turns out to be unavailable, I tell you in chat right away, and we can agree on a smaller scope or cancel the order through Fiverr.
Do you offer ongoing or scheduled scraping?
Not in these packages. You get a one-time dataset, and with Premium the Python script to re-run it yourself. Bigger or repeat jobs can be quoted as a custom offer in Fiverr chat.
What if the website changes after delivery?
The data reflects the site on the date it was collected. A delivered script works with the site as it is at delivery. If the site's layout changes later, an update can be ordered as a new task.
