Can you design the layout for me, or do I need to provide it?
I work from your sketches, dimensions, or rough room lists. If you only have room sizes like “Bedroom 12x14, Kitchen 15x10” I can draft a basic concept layout for you to review. I don’t create full architectural designs from scratch or advise on structural/code requirements.
Q: Can I choose which drawings I want in STANDARD/PREMIUM?
Yes. Message me for your mix. Floor plans combined must stay under the package sqft limit. For example, Premium is up to 3,500 sqft total floor area. So, you can have: 1 floor plan of 3,500 sqft OR 2 floor plans 1,750 sqft plans. Elevations, Sections, Site/Roof Plan don’t count toward sqft limit.
What if my project is larger than 3500 sq ft?
Message me before ordering. I do custom quotes for larger residential or commercial projects. I’ll need your drawings and total sq ft to price it accurately.
How many revisions are included?
In Basic 1, Standard 2, & in Premium 3 revisions are included to fix any errors on my end or small adjustments. Major changes to your original brief, added rooms, or new drawings will require a custom offer for extra time.
Can you match a specific drawing standard or title block?
Yes. Send me your company title block, layer standards, or a sample drawing. I’ve worked with US, Australian, and Canadian clients and can match your office standards.
Q: Can you do 3D models or renderings?
This gig is for 2D CAD drawings only. For 3D Models or rendering, contact me for a custom offer or check my other gigs.
