Do you need my logins before I order?
No. Send what is failing, in words, and a screen recording if you have one. Access happens inside the order page, only after an order is placed.
Will you keep my data and my accounts?
The work is delivered into your own repository and your own hosting accounts. Nothing is left on mine.
What if fixing it is the wrong call?
I say so before you order, and you decide.
Do you take over half-built projects?
Yes, that is most of this work. A developer who left, an app that stalled, a build that works on one machine.
Can we talk by video or phone?
Fiverr call tools are available once an order is placed. Everything before that stays in Fiverr messages.
