What information do you need to get started?
Please share your platform name (e.g. Shopify), access to the inbox or helpdesk tool, your refund/return policy, your preferred tone, and any templates or past replies you already use. I will take care of the rest.

Yes. My package includes daily summary reports. I can also provide weekly reports on request, covering the number of messages handled, common issues raised, and any patterns worth your attention.
