Hi I’m Nanami, a character artist and animator specializing in realistic, anime-style video game portraits and animation using Procreate!
I’m the lead designer and developer at my own studio, Kotatsu Gaming, where I create original characters, illustrations, and animation for in-house game projects. My style and concept of design is heavily influenced by Final Fantasy, the Tales of Series, Persona, and Legend of Zelda.

Do you accept refunds?
Refunds are not offered once work has started as these are digital art services. If there is any issues, please let me know so I can make revisions according to your package.
Can I use the animation commercially?
Commercial use is included only in the premium package or as a paid extra. Personal-use orders may not be used for resale, game publishing, branding, or merchandise.
Can I cancel after work has started?
Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun. Please confirm all details before placing an order.
What if I am not satisfied with the end product?
I ensure satisfaction within the revision scope or as long as the order is still open. However, completed orders are not available for refunds once final delivery is approved.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Depending on the change, if minor, there will be an extra fee. If a major change is to be done to the design, a new order will need to be placed.
Do you accept payment outside of Fiverr?
Fiverr's platform policies apply - any disputes will be handled through Fiverr only.
Do you animate copyrighted characters?
Yes, but you are responsible for the legal rights to use the character as I do not claim ownership of existing IPs.
What do I need to provide to start the order?
I need character reference images, personality notes, expressions you are looking for (up to 5 depending on your package), and the type of loop you prefer. If you have any inspirations, you are more than welcome to share it!
What file formats do you deliver?
I deliver the final animation in GIF by default. If you need PNG sequence, MP4, or a transparent version, just let me know.
I don't have any character references or files, just a text description.
