The package fee strictly covers my service time. All actual travel expenses (flights, trains), local transport, and hotel accommodations must be fully covered by the client separately. You can either book these for me directly, or I can pay upfront and you reimburse the exact amount. No travel will be booked until you approve it.

Do you perform professional quality control (QC) or inspections?
My role is to supervise the loading process, verify production status, and ensure your forwarder is on track. For professional, lab-standard quality inspections, I can coordinate with a third-party QC company on your behalf (their fees are paid directly by you).
Are shipping and customs fees included in your packages?
No. Freight and customs fees are paid directly to the forwarder. My fee is solely for managing the process, tracking the shipment, and communicating with all parties to ensure a smooth delivery.
How do travel and accommodation expenses work for the Premium package?
The package fee covers my service time. You must cover all actual travel expenses (flights/trains, local transport, and hotel). You can book them for me directly, or I will provide receipts for reimbursement.
