I will build direct booking website vacation rental lodgify ownerrez guesty hostaway
Nancy
About this gig
You work hard to fill your vacation rental, then Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com take up to 15% of every stay. I get how that feels.
Here's the real problem: those platforms own your guest, your pricing and your repeat business. Without your own direct booking website, you keep renting your own guests back. On $10,000 in bookings, up to $1,500 is gone every month.
WHERE YOU'RE LEAVING MONEY ON THE TABLE
No vacation rental website = zero direct bookings
Slow, outdated rental website = guests bounce
Unsynced calendars = double bookings
Not ranking on Google = invisible to travelers
HERE'S HOW I HELP YOU KEEP IT
I build a fast, mobile-friendly vacation rental website for hosts and property managers on Lodgify, OwnerRez, Hostaway, Guesty or Hospitable, with:
Live booking calendar + secure payments
Airbnb and VRBO sync, no double bookings
SEO setup to rank your short term rental on Google
Delivered in 5-7 days
Just 4 direct bookings a month can pay for your booking website.
Ready to keep what you earn? Message me today and let's get your first direct booking!

FAQ
Which platforms do you work with?
Lodgify, OwnerRez, Hostaway, Guesty and Hospitable. Message me first if you use something else.
Do I need an existing account?
Yes, you need your own subscription to the platform. It isn’t included in my price. If you’re undecided, I’ll recommend the best fit for your property before you order, free.
Will it sync with Airbnb and VRBO?
Yes. I connect your calendars so a booking on one channel blocks the dates everywhere else, which prevents double bookings.
Will I be able to manage the site myself?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a walkthrough video showing how to edit rates, photos and availability.
How do guests pay?
Through your platform’s secure payment setup, such as Stripe or PayPal. Processor fees are small card fees, not marketplace commissions.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Yes. Send me the link before ordering and I’ll tell you what can be rebuilt on your platform.
