Yes, of course! You can explain in detail the character you want
How do I submit a revision when I want to change some parts?
You can submit revisions to change some parts such as poses or expressions during the rough sketch process, otherwise you can't. There will only be minor changes such as changing the color or text in the final process
What is a Separate Logo ?
So you will get a separate logo like : Full logo with text, mascot only and text only
Can I customize the intro video concept?
Sorry you can't do that. Because it is a bonus from the highest package (not the main service). So I've prepared a premade for that
Can I make a 2 character logo in one logo?
Yes, you can! But please update your order by adding the extra gigs option that I have provided
