About this Gig
Looking for Japanese suppliers or manufacturers but struggling to find the right contacts? I'm Nao, a native Japanese assistant based in Osaka. I research Japanese-language websites and local sources to identify potential suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors that match your product and sourcing criteria. My background includes SaaS customer success, IT project management and retail management, plus hands-on supplier research and Japanese vendor communication for overseas clients. You receive an organized spreadsheet with company names, websites, contact details and relevant notes. Standard and Premium also include an English summary to help you compare candidates. Need help making contact? The Supplier Contact extra covers Japanese email inquiries to up to 3 selected suppliers for $20 and 2 additional days. Send your product details, target supplier type, quantity, destination country and key requirements before ordering. Research identifies potential matches; supplier availability, prices, MOQ, export capability and replies must be confirmed and are not guaranteed.

FAQ
What information do you need before starting?
Please provide the product or industry, target supplier type, preferred location if any, and any specific requirements such as MOQ, certifications, or company size.
What information will be included in the research?
Depending on availability, I can provide company names, websites, contact details, product information, and notes on why each company may match your requirements.
Can you contact the suppliers for me?
Yes. Add the existing supplier contact extra for $20 and 2 additional days. I will email up to 3 selected suppliers in Japanese. Contact is separate from the research packages. Supplier replies are not guaranteed.
Can you find suppliers that are not listed on English websites?
Yes. I research primarily in Japanese, which allows me to find companies and information that may not appear in English-language search results.
Can you guarantee that the suppliers will work with overseas buyers?
No. I identify potential suppliers based on available information, but I cannot guarantee availability, pricing, MOQ, export capability, or willingness to do business.
