I will need your website URL which you want to restore. and need hosting login details to set up site on your domain OR otherwise I will give you restored website files which you can upload yourself. For further information, you can contact me.

Yes, I can recover blog posts with their categories, same urls and old content as on archive
Can you keep the exact old URLs?
Often yes. If WordPress needs a slightly different structure, I create 301 redirects so old links still work.
