FAQ
What DAW do you use?
I mix in Pro Tools. I can accept stems exported from any DAW as long as they're 24-bit WAV files starting from bar 1. Stereo stems are assumed stereo recording.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1, Standard includes 3, Premium includes up to 10 revisions within the scope of the original brief.
What if I have more stems/tracks than the package allows?
No problem! additional stems/tracks can be added for $3 each as a gig extra.
Do you offer mastering?
Yes! I can master a mixed track, or provided mastering as an add-on service.
Will my mix be loud enough for streaming?
Masters are delivered at competitive loudness for Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube while preserving dynamics. Mixes are generally delivered with headroom for proper mastering.
Can you fix off-pitch vocals?
Yes! I offer Melodyne tuning and timing correction as an extra for the basic and standard package, and include it in the Premium package.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. Message me before ordering and I'll rough-mix a 30-second portion of your song so you can hear my approach on the actual track.
What sample rate and bit depth do you deliver?
I will provide 24-bit WAV file(s) at 44.1 or 48kHz, matched to the sample rate of your input session.
How fast will I get my mixes?
Check the current package for exact details, but generally the basic is 5 days or less, Standard is 4 days or less, and Premium is 3 days or less. Rush mixes are available as an add-on.
