Do the leads include emails?
Most local shops don't publish emails on their listings, so these lists are phone-first. Where a public business email exists, I include it. If your campaign must have emails, message me before ordering and I'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your niche.
How fresh and accurate is the data?
Collected fresh for your order, days before delivery, and human-checked row by row — no dead listings, no duplicates. Like any list in this industry, a small % of numbers change over time. That's normal; I over-deliver a little to cover it.
Is this data legal to use?
I collect publicly listed business information only — business name, phone, address, public listing details. No private personal data. Privacy and outreach rules (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.) apply to how YOU contact them, so follow the rules for your country and channel.
Can you do my niche and city?
Yes — any business niche and any US city: barbershops, dentists, roofers, gyms, restaurants, real estate and more. Non-US requests are sometimes possible — message me first.
What format do I get?
A clean Excel file (.xlsx) plus CSV, sorted by lead priority — ready to import into your CRM, dialer or outreach tool.
What if I'm not happy with the list?
Message me during the order — I'll fix rows, replace bad ones or extend the list. Revisions are included in every package until the list is right.
