Word limits include activities and facilitator notes. Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope. Slides, video scripts and LMS setup are not included.

Will the materials be customized for my audience?

What files will I receive?
You will receive an editable Word document and a PDF. All packages include an outline, learning objectives, training content, activities with answer guidance and a resources list. The Premium package also includes facilitator notes.
How much content is included, and do you provide slides or videos?
Basic includes 1 module of up to 500 words; Standard includes 3 modules totaling up to 1,500 words; Premium includes 5 modules totaling up to 2,500 words. These limits include activities and facilitator notes. Slides, video scripts, video production and LMS setup are not included.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the wording, examples or structure within the agreed topic, audience and word limit. Basic includes one revision round; Standard and Premium include two. Additional modules or changes to the original scope require a separate agreement.
