What do you need from me to start working on the chatbot?
To start, I will need access to your ManyChat, Tidio, or Chatfuel account (you can invite me as an admin/editor via email). Additionally, you need to provide your business details, a product menu or catalog (if applicable), and a list of your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) with their answers.
Are there any additional monthly fees for using the chatbot?
Yes, the gig price only covers my one-time development and setup fee. Ongoing third-party platform subscriptions, such as ManyChat Pro (starts at $15/month) or OpenAI API credits for the Premium AI chatbot, are paid directly to those platforms through your own billing method.
Will this chatbot work on my custom website?
Absolutely! If you choose Tidio or ManyChat web widgets, I can easily integrate them into your WordPress, Shopify, or custom HTML website. For Shopify or WordPress, you will just need to provide me with temporary staff or editor access.
What happens if a customer wants to talk to a human instead of the bot?
In the Standard and Premium packages, I set up a "Live Chat Transfer" system. When a user clicks "Talk to Agent" or asks for human support, the bot will instantly pause automation for that user and send a notification to the admin/manager so you can reply manually.
Do you provide support after the order is completed?
Yes, I provide 7 days of free post-delivery maintenance support for all packages. If you face any issues or minor bugs with the conversation flow during this period, I will fix them for you free of charge.
