I will be your online personal trainer for home workouts and gym workouts

I have been a professional trainer for many years and I have specialized in offering personalized training online (or you just want a training schedule that you want to follow alone it is obvious that I recommend you to train live with me). My workouts are tailor-made so first of all when you have chosen we will have to do a little interview so I can get to know you from the sports side, habits and even critical issues if you have perhaps had injuries that we need to pay attention to. After that we need to know what goals you have. Having done this little interview essential to give you a personalized service, I have to study a few days how to set up the workouts. After that we leave and train online and I follow you to every lesson. I teach in English or Italian. And we can do lessons via Google Meet or Cam Fiverr (if you want only a schedule training it's possible but I suggest my live cam session).

In additional we can insert also the plan diet of my Dietitian Doctor so you are able to have more results and feel better.
