What is a Claude Code business brain?
An organised AI workspace that holds your business information, instructions and custom skills. Claude reads it every session, so it already knows your business and can complete real tasks across the tools you connect.
What do I get with the Starter package?
A working Claude Code setup, not just a plan. I write your business context file, build 2 custom skills for tasks you choose, connect 1 tool (for example Gmail or Google Drive) and walk you through it on a 30-minute call.
What counts as a custom skill?
One defined task with set inputs and outputs, for example turning a campaign brief into a content plan. A full process like research, writing, approval and publishing may need several skills.
What counts as a tool connection?
One external service connected and tested for agreed actions, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack or your CRM. It depends on that tool's available integrations and your plan, so I confirm before we start.
Will the system work automatically?
Skills run when you ask for them. Premium adds scheduled routines, like a daily brief or weekly report that runs on its own.
What is the visual portal? (Premium)
A simple web page that shows your whole AI brain at a glance: departments, skills, connections and routines, with what each one does. Your team can see what the brain can do and how to use it, without opening any files.
Are subscriptions and ongoing costs included?
No. You'll need your own Claude plan (Pro or higher), plus any paid plans for the tools you connect. I'll tell you exactly what's needed before we start.
Will I own the system and be able to expand it?
Yes. Everything is delivered as plain files on your computer or in your GitHub. You can add skills yourself or order more later.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I set everything up and show you how to use it. You'll mostly type plain requests like "/weekly-report" and Claude does the rest.
