Do I need to purchase another gig first?
No. This session is fully standalone on every tier. Available to new clients exploring options, returning clients with follow-up questions, or active clients needing advisory time outside their current engagement scope. No prerequisite required.
What should I confirm before ordering?
Before ordering, confirm: (1) seller's availability, message seller, (2) available for sessions within 14 days during published windows, (3) consent to audio recording, (4) can respond to requests within 3 business days, (5) revisions limited to factual corrections only.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Your purchase is committed to the engagement. Nate AI resolves scheduling or scope concerns through collaborative alternatives (schedule accommodation, deadline extension, or Priority Queue credit). The Fiverr Resolution Center remains available at every stage. Full terms in Welcome Packet.
What is the rescheduling and no-show policy?
Reschedule once per session (2 max per engagement) with 24-hour written notice via Fiverr message. Under 24 hours is not eligible. No-shows count as completed sessions with no refund. Rescheduled sessions must fall within published scheduling windows. Full terms in Welcome Packet.
When is the intake form due?
Submit the intake form at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Late or missing intake may result in rescheduling at Nate AI discretion, or the session proceeds with a documented Information Gap Disclosure noting context not reviewed. No financial penalty; deliverable may be less targeted.
How does scheduling priority work?
All clients are served in strict first-in, first-out order based on your Fiverr order timestamp. Your queue position is never reordered. Rush requests are not available through the standard queue. Full scheduling terms in Welcome Packet.
Who owns the deliverables?
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables internally within your organization. Nate AI retains ownership of underlying frameworks, methodologies, and templates. Deliverables may not be resold or redistributed. Full licensing terms in Welcome Packet.
When do I receive my deliverables after purchase?
Delivery is staged. Within 24 hours of purchase you receive a Welcome Packet with policies, scheduling instructions, and your intake form. Your final deliverable is prepared after your scheduled session and delivered before the Fiverr order deadline.
Will my session or materials be used to train AI?
No personal content ever. Patterns from completed engagements may feed future template improvements, but your data, documents, and session content remain confidential. You may opt out of even anonymized reuse by written Fiverr message at any time.
Are sessions available in my time zone?
All sessions scheduled in US Eastern Time (EST/EDT). Mornings Mon–Fri, evenings Mon/Tue/Thu. Availability is limited. Message me before ordering — I confirm my next open slot within less than 24 hours.
