Why do you want your customer to contact you?
I would like to know the recipe details and your vision of the video so that we could create video that are up to your expectation. I also want to ensure that it would be possible (ingredients and equipment wise) for our team to create the recipe that you wanted.
What is revision and re-filming fee?
We allow 1 free editing revision. However, if re-filming is required (e.g., additional angles or toppings) and the fault is not on our side, a re-filming fee will apply as we follow your recipe and video directions.
What is ingredients fee?
While we allowed up to $5 spending for each video. If you wish to have complicated recipe that requires additional purchase. We will let you know the estimated cost and deduct the $5. So, if the ingredients cost $50, there will be $45 additional fee.
Do you record the cooking audio?
Yes, I do record the cooking audio, and it's already included in the fee. If you choose to add music, the cooking sounds will still be included and layered with the music, not muted.
Do you use copyright music?
Yes, I choose the music from YouTube library free music. You can choose not to add any music to keep the ASMR cooking sound.
Can I order in different aspect ratio and formats?
We only accept 9:16 vertical aspect ratio in this Gig. Check out our other gig, for the 16:9 horizontal aspect ratio. The video result would be in MP4
Can I get my video earlier?
We understand that you may need your video as soon as possible and we are doing our best to give you the video as soon as possible. However, it depends on the number of projects already ordered.
Are you available to make content for my social media permanently?
Yes, we are open for discussion to be your content creator for your brand or social media. Please contact us for further information.
Are you available for voice over (VO), talking, or showing your face?
No, I do not do any of them. Only my hand will be shown in the video. You can request for written recipe / ingredients in the video for additional cost.
