About this gig
First and foremost, let me introduce myself. My name is Nathan and I'm a Jakarta based architect and visual artist. Renowned for my delicate design and presentation skill, I have an experience of 5 years in architectural design & visualization, having co-founded an architecture visual studio during my time as undergraduate student. I have recently finished my undergraduate study in 2019 as the best graduate in the faculty as well as winning several architectural competitions and awards in the process.
In this gig, I will help to visualize any kind of architecture and interior design plan, section, and elevation drawings through aesthetically pleasing collage rendering. Any kind of projects regardless of the building typologies are welcome as my clients come from a variety of background, from undergraduates to professional architects.
All that you need to do is send me the 2D CAD/line drawing or 3D Model or you can also ask me to create one just for you as a gig's extra. In addition, I'll also need a brief description of the project for maximum satisfaction of the final product.

What type of service that this gig provides?
In this gig, I will render any kind of architecture and interior design plan/section/elevation/site plan through aesthetically pleasing post modern style collage rendering.
What is post modern style collage render?
Post modern collage is an emerging architectural render style which incorporate elements from traditional painting and photo collage. It brings humanist touch through artistic feels of the visualization rather than the realism of traditional digital rendering.
Can you make a rendered drawing without existing line/CAD drawing or 3D model?
The line/CAD drawing or 3D model are used as a base drawing for the collage render so if you don't have any we'll need to make one first. You can message me for further details regarding the cost and duration for the base drawing and any other extra services aside of those provided in the packages.
What will be included in the rendering process?
The scope of work in this gig will focus on rendering only (enhancing materials/texture, light & shadow, adding people & plant, etc). Editing design elements such as furniture/interior/architecture in the CAD/line drawing or 3D model will count as an extra (please kindly message me to discuss first)
What software do you use for the rendering process?
I use sketchup to export the views from the CAD drawing or 3D model to be rendered manually in photoshop. (I don't use any render engine such as V-Ray, Lumion, etc to give an authentic visual quality) The source file will be in photoshop (.psd) format.
What type of work is suitable for BASIC package?
The basic package offer 2D collage rendering for 1 view of the building, based on a 2D CAD/line drawing or 3D Sketchup model provided by the buyer. (the model must be finalized and include all the design elements such as furniture, interior, and architectural elements)
What type of work is suitable for STANDARD package?
The standard package offer 3D/Perspective collage rendering for 1 view of the building only (without surrounding site), based on a 3D Sketchup model provided by the buyer. (the model must be finalized and include all the 3D design elements such as furniture, interior, and architectural elements)
What type of work is suitable for PREMIUM package?
The premium package offer 3D/Perspective collage rendering for 1 view of the building + it's surrounding site, based on a 3D Sketchup model provided by the buyer. (the model must be finalized and include all the 3D design elements such as furniture, interior, architectural, and site elements)
