I will make realistic 3d render of architecture and interior design building model

In this gig, I will render any kind of architecture and interior design views through realistic rendering in photoshop.

The 3D model is used as a base drawing for the render process so if you don't have any we'll need to make one first. Please kindly message me for further details regarding the cost and duration for the 3D model and any other extra services aside of those provided in the packages.

The scope of work in this gig will focus on rendering only (enhancing materials/texture, light & shadow, adding people & plant, etc). Adding/changing/editing 3D design elements such as furniture/interior/architecture in the 3D model will count as an extra (please kindly message me to discuss first)

I use sketchup to export the views from the 3D model to be rendered manually in photoshop. (I don't use any render engine such as V-Ray, Lumion, etc to give an authentic visual quality) The source file will be in photoshop (.psd) format.

The basic package offer rendering for interior view inside a building/room based on a 3D Sketchup model provided by the buyer. (the model must be finalized and include all the 3D design elements such as furniture, interior, and architectural elements)

The standard package offer rendering for exterior/outside of a building/facade from ground level/human eye view based on a 3D Sketchup model provided by the buyer. (the model must be finalized and include all the 3D design elements such as furniture, interior, and architectural elements)

The premium package offer rendering for exterior/outside of a building/facade from aerial/bird eye view based on a 3D Sketchup model provided by the buyer. (the model must be finalized and include all the 3D design elements such as furniture, interior, and architectural elements)
