An agent takes actions and makes decisions across multiple steps. A chatbot mainly answers questions in conversation. Some builds are both, depending on what you need.
What AI models do you work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others including Bedrock, Vertex AI, Grok, and Mistral. I'll recommend the right one for your task rather than defaulting to one every time.
Can the agent access my own data or documents?
Yes, that's what a RAG system does, the agent references your actual documents or database instead of just general knowledge, so answers are specific to your business.
Do I need a developer background to work with you?
No, you don't need to touch any code yourself. You describe what you need automated, I handle the build, and you get documentation for how to run it.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
