I will build a custom crm, client portal, or business dashboard

About this gig
Off-the-shelf CRMs make you work around their limitations. I build one that works around yours.
I'm Nathan, a UK-based full-stack developer building custom CRMs, client portals, and business dashboards in React, Next.js, and Node.js, connected to your actual data, your workflows, and your team's real process.
What I Build:
- Custom CRM Systems: Contact management, sales pipelines, and lead tracking built around how your business actually works, not how a SaaS vendor thinks it should.
- Client Portals: A branded, secure login where your clients can view projects, invoices, documents, or anything else they need.
- Business Dashboards: Real-time data from your APIs, databases, or third-party tools displayed exactly how you need to see it.
- AI Integration: ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini built in for automated summaries, smart suggestions, or conversational data queries.
- Full Source Code: Clean, commented, and yours to own and extend.
Message me before ordering. A quick chat about your data, your users, and what you need the system to do means the right scope first time.

FAQ
What tech stack do you use?
React, Next.js, and Node.js as the core stack. Database in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB depending on your needs. Deployed wherever you prefer, Vercel, AWS, or your own server.
Can it connect to my existing tools?
Yes. I can connect to any API or database you already use, whether that's Stripe for payments, HubSpot for contacts, Google Sheets, Airtable, or a custom backend you've built.
Can different users have different access levels?
Yes. Every system I build includes role-based access control, so different users see only what they're supposed to see, with secure login built in from the start.
Can you add AI to the CRM or dashboard?
Yes. ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini can all be integrated for automated summaries, smart data queries, lead scoring, or any AI-assisted feature that makes sense for your workflow.
Do I own the source code?
Yes. I deliver clean, commented source code you own outright. No vendor lock-in, no monthly licence, and your own developer can extend it whenever you need.
What do I need to provide to get started?
A description of what the system needs to do, who the users are, what data it needs to store or display, and any tools it needs to connect to. Message me first and we'll scope it properly.
