As a currently serving RAF Squadron Leader and qualified workplace mediator, I offer supportive leadership coaching drawn from both military and volunteering environments.

Ive led teams in the volunteering sector, where empathy and collaboration are key, and am writing a book on modern leadership for beginners.

In our sessions, youll get:

• Help preparing for and scripting difficult conversations
• Simple, actionable steps you can use immediately
