I have been doing all kinds of computer troubleshooting for many years. I will give you honest advice, for example if I don't think I can fix the problem I will tell you.

We will use the built in remote help software in Windows called 'Quick Assist'.

The Gig price of $25 is for up to 1 hour of help.

If the job cannot be done in one hour you will need to purchase again to extend my service.
