What do I need before we get started?
You’ll need your branding (logo, colors, fonts), your contract template, your own honeybook account, and any existing materials like questionnaires or brochures you’re currently using, any brand photography you have that can be used in the materials.
Do I need a Honeybook account before booking?

What is the workflow map?
You’ll receive a simple, visual PDF that maps out your client journey so you can clearly see how your new system works.
What are “fill-in-the-blank” templates?
Pre-written templates (like welcome packs or service guides) that already have the copy structured, so you just pop in your details and it’s ready to send.
Will you use my own copy or photos?
Every setup includes templated filler copy & stock imagery so you can see everything in action. If you’d like me to plug in your own photos, please include them when filling out the requirements.
How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions per package. This covers small changes, refinements, or tweaks after your walkthrough.
Do you handle payments or banking setup?
No. For privacy and security reasons, you’ll connect your own bank details and payment methods within HoneyBook.
