I will do all project management and scrum master work

Hi, 

I have been working as Project manager, Development lead, Release manager, Scrum Master and as Developer since August 2005. I further enhanced my skills by conducting project management certification PMP and Agile based certification PSM.

I am here to offer my services on all major area of Project management and Agile-scrum methodology.

These services include but not limited to: 

- Project planning (Requirement analysis,wbs creation, tasks estimation, draw timelines, milestones, Identifying resources, plan risk and quality, draw communication and stakeholders management plan)

- Project execution (Manage development process, train resources, communicate and manage client and teams)

- Project monitoring, control, reporting and delivery. 

- Agile project management( facilitate teams in sprint goal, scrum events, support product owner, train resources on scrum and help to remove work impediments, Draw reports). 

- Work management in MS Project, Excel, Atlassian Jira, Version One, Jira administration, Confluence, Bit bucket and any recommended tool.
