Qaida is the basic Book of learning Quran, if you learn it properly you will start reading the Quran easily. I have certificate of Hafiz-e-Quran by passing the exam of Wafaq-ul-Madaris Pakistan in 2007.And My Marks is 100/100 in my hifaz Certificate.
