Hi, I am a certified yoga instructor who has completed my RYT 200 classes. I have touched the hearts of many people on this journey that I started with the awareness that yoga is very helpful for my soul. It is very special to love and accept ourselves, be able to stay in the moment, to continue our lives with the awareness of meditation outside of yoga poses.
