Can you set up both Java and Bedrock servers?
Absolutely! I can help set up either Minecraft Java Edition or Bedrock Edition. Each package covers one server, so let me know which edition you're using before ordering.
Can console and mobile players join my server?
Bedrock servers can support mobile players, and console players can sometimes join using additional connection methods. Console access isn't always straightforward, so let me know which devices your friends use and I'll help you figure out the best option!
Do you provide Minecraft server hosting?
Not by default! If you select the add-on offering Hosting, however, I will host it personally for 1 month!
Can you install and configure plugins?
Definitely! I can install and configure compatible existing Java server plugins depending on your package. Bedrock add-ons work differently, so we'll need to discuss those separately. Custom plugin development is available as a different service.
Can Java and Bedrock players join the same server?
In many cases, yes! Tools such as Geyser can allow Bedrock players to connect to a compatible Java server. Crossplay takes additional setup and testing, though, so please message me for a custom quote before ordering.
Can you use my existing Minecraft world?
Usually, yes, as long as the world is compatible with your server version and software. I'll want to review the files first, and we'll always make sure there's a backup before changing anything. Larger migrations may require a separate quote.
Will my server be completely lag-free?
I'll help choose sensible settings for your server, but performance depends on your hosting hardware, plugins, world activity, and player count. I won't promise zero lag or unlimited players, but I'll explain what your setup can reasonably handle.
What happens if something doesn't work correctly?
If something I've configured doesn't work as we agreed, I'll help fix it! Corrections to my own mistakes won't use your included revisions. New features, unrelated problems, or future version upgrades are separate work.
I'm new to Minecraft servers. Is that okay?
Absolutely! You don't need to know anything about server configuration to get started. Tell me what kind of experience you're hoping for, and I'll help explain your options without burying you in technical jargon!
