I will make your figma or canva design print ready with bleed and cmyk

About this gig
Your design looks perfect on screen and the print shop still sends it back. It's almost always the same five things: no bleed, RGB colours, live fonts, low-resolution images, text sitting on the trim line.
I fix all of it and hand back a file that goes straight to press.
WHAT I DO Bleed added, crop marks placed RGB and spot colours converted to CMYK Every image checked at final print size Fonts outlined, links embedded Exported to PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4
WHAT YOU GET print_ready.pdf with bleed and marks A clean version without marks for online printers JPG proof A short note on what was wrong and what I changed
WHAT TO SEND A Figma or Canva link, a PDF, or even a PNG. You don't need to fix anything first. If your printer gave you a spec sheet, send that too and I'll match it exactly.
12 years in print production. If the shop rejects the file, it comes back to me not to you.
Not sure which package fits? Message me first and I'll tell you.

FAQ
Do I need to prepare anything before ordering?
No. Send the file exactly as it is. Fixing it is the job.
I only have a PNG or JPG - can you still help?
Yes, for many jobs. A flat image can be set up for print, though quality depends on its resolution at final size. Send it over and I'll tell you honestly whether it will hold up before you order.
What is bleed, and why does my printer keep asking for it?
Paper shifts a fraction of a millimetre when it's cut. Bleed is extra artwork extending past the cut line so a shift leaves no white edge. Usually 3 mm.
Will the colours change?
Slightly, and that's unavoidable. Screens show RGB; presses print CMYK, which can't reproduce the brightest RGB colours. I convert with the profile your printer uses and keep the shift as small as possible. The JPG proof shows you the result before you commit.
What if the print shop still rejects the file?
Send me what they said and I'll fix it at no cost. That's the whole point of the service.
Can you design the artwork itself?
This gig is file preparation, not design. If you need the artwork created, message me - that's a different gig.
