FAQ
What do I need to provide?
You’ll need to provide your domain name, the email platform you're using, and details about the problem you're experiencing. I may also need temporary access to your DNS/domain settings depending on the task.
Can you fix SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. I can check your existing authentication records, identify configuration problems, and help configure or correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Can you stop my emails from going to spam?
I can troubleshoot common causes of spam placement and correct authentication or configuration issues. However, no legitimate provider can guarantee 100% inbox placement, because spam filtering also depends on sender reputation, email content, engagement, and recipient-provider policies.
Do you need my password?
Usually, no. I prefer to work with the minimum access necessary. If DNS changes are required, you may be able to add the records yourself based on my instructions.
