If someone calls your Lofty number and you miss it, that lead is probably calling the next agent right now. I set up an automation that texts them back the second the call is missed, so you don't lose them.
It's built inside Lofty itself, using your own virtual number, so nothing changes on your end and there's no separate app or number to check. The text goes out automatically and it shows up in your Lofty contact history like any other message.
Before I set anything up I check one thing most people skip: whether your Lofty number is actually registered correctly under A2P 10DLC. If it's not, texts can just stop going through and you'd never know why. I fix that first, then build the automation on top of it.
Works for solo agents or teams, doesn't matter how many people are on your account.

Do you need access to my Lofty account?
Yeah, just the API key from My User Settings > Integrations > API, and access to your dialer/number settings. I don't need your login.
Will this work if I'm on the cheapest Lofty plan (Sole Proprietor)?
Depends on how many texts you're sending. That plan caps out fast, around 1,000 texts a day on T-Mobile numbers and only 1 number per campaign. If that's not enough for you I'll tell you before I start, not after you've paid.
