About this Gig
Is your monthly AWS bill spiraling out of control? Stop bleeding cash on resources you aren't even using.
It is incredibly easy for AWS infrastructure to suffer from stealth bloatorphaned EBS volumes, unattached Elastic IPs, oversized EC2 instances, and idle databases can quietly double your operating costs. With over 9 years of hands-on systems engineering and network infrastructure experience, I don't just hand you a generic checklist. I dive deep into your cloud deployment to isolate exactly where your cash is leaking and deploy production-grade Python (Boto3) and DevOps automations to lock down your budget permanently.
Whether you need a one-time architecture clean-up or a fully automated, AI-driven anomaly detection engine that prevents cost spikes before they happen, I build stable, high-efficiency cloud environments that keep your runway clear and your margins high. Let's optimize your cloud spend today so you only pay for what you actually use.

FAQ
Do I need to give you Root access to my AWS account?
No. Security is non-negotiable. I will guide you to provision a secure, limited-privilege IAM role with read-only access for the audit phase. For automation setups, we will use secure cross-account roles or deployment templates to protect your master security posture
Will optimizing my cloud environment cause application downtime for my users?
No. Optimization is executed systematically. Any script modifying resource states is thoroughly tested in staging first. Automation scheduling parameters are custom-tailored to your off-peak business hours to preserve your application's uptime standard.
What kind of automated actions do your custom Python scripts perform?
Scripts target waste and inefficiencies. Actions include deleting orphaned EBS snapshots, flagging unattached Elastic IPs, automatically spinning down dev/test environments outside of business hours, and scanning for untagged infrastructure assets escaping visibility.
How does the AI component in the Premium Package protect my cloud budget?
Static alerts only tell you when you’ve already overspent. The AI integrates cost anomaly detection to baseline daily traffic. If a misconfiguration causes a sudden spike, it flags the divergence instantly, alerts your team via Slack, or runs self-healing lockdown procedures.
How much money can I realistically expect to save on my monthly bill?
Savings vary, but unoptimized accounts frequently see a 15% to 30% reduction. By eliminating orphaned assets, right-sizing oversized instances, and automating idle schedules, we ensure you stop wasting capital on infrastructure you aren't actively using.
Do you support multi-account environments or AWS Organizations?
Yes. For Standard and Premium tiers, I can design and deploy automation scripts across multi-account structures using AWS Organizations, consolidated billing, and secure cross-account IAM roles to give you centralized FinOps control
Can you integrate these cost savings into my existing Terraform code?
Absolutely. Instead of making manual console updates, I can write the optimization and resource-tagging architectures directly into modular Terraform templates so your cloud environment remains clean, trackable, and fully managed as code.
Will I receive documentation on how to run or modify the automation scripts?
Yes. All Python/Boto3 scripts in the Standard and Premium packages include detailed code comments. I also provide clear, written operational runbooks outlining exactly how the automation triggers work, making the final handoff completely seamless.
Do you offer post-project support or ongoing monitoring?
Yes. While the gig delivers a permanent, self-sustaining automation stack, you can select my Monthly Retainer gig extra. I will personally monitor your Cost Explorer, adjust anomaly sensitivities, and fine-tune your scripts as your business scales.
