I will build a custom craft fair profit calculator in excel
About this Gig
Know how many sales cover your booth fee and what your event keeps after the costs you enter.
I will customize a reusable Excel calculator for your craft fair, makers market or pop-up.
The starter package covers up to 10 products and one event at a time:
- Booth fees, travel and other fixed event costs
- Selling prices, materials and other per-item costs
- Planned quantities and product mix
- Product contribution margins and a break-even estimate
- Forecast and entered actual sales results
- Clearly marked input cells and a short usage guide
You receive an editable .xlsx workbook, customized product labels and cost categories, and one revision within the agreed scope. Make a copy to use it for your next event.
I use AI-assisted tools for building and checking spreadsheets, then review the formulas and tailor the workbook to your requirements.
Please message me first for more than 10 products or a different workflow. No macros, live data connections, tax calculations or accounting services are included. Results depend on your inputs and sales mix; this is a planning tool, not a profit guarantee.

FAQ
What is customized?
I adapt product labels, cost categories, input values and simple formatting within the 10-product, one-event model. New calculation methods, inventory systems and multiple-event dashboards need a separate quote.
Can I use it again?
Yes. Save a fresh copy for each event and update the inputs. This package covers one event at a time, without a combined event-history dashboard.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated request for adjustments to the agreed labels, formatting or calculations. Additional products, new features or a different workflow need a new scope and quote. Errors against the agreed requirements will be corrected.
Is the profit figure my accounting profit?
It is a calculation from the sales and costs entered. Missing costs, owner labor not entered, refunds and taxes can change your actual result. This service excludes bookkeeping, tax and investment advice.
How is break-even calculated?
It uses fixed event costs and the contribution from your planned product mix. A different mix changes the estimate. The workbook flags cases where the entered figures do not support a useful break-even result.
Will it work in Google Sheets?
The deliverable is an editable Excel .xlsx file. Tell me your Excel version before ordering. A Google Sheets version or other compatibility requirements must be agreed and tested separately.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI-assisted tools support development, checking and documentation. I review the calculation logic and customize each delivery. Tell me before ordering if your project requires a different workflow.
