Why do you reply within 12 hours?
I'm based in China, so there's a time difference with most of you! Sometimes I stay up late working, or get carried away playing Dota2 and lose track of time, so I need to catch up on sleep during the day. That's why I reply within 12 hours at most, don't worry I will get back to you soon!
Can you do elevation/section/construction drawings?
Sorry, I only do simple 2D floor plans for now! I don't take other architectural drawings like elevation or construction plans at the moment... Maybe I will in the future? Who knows, I'm taking it easy right now
Can I get the DWG source file if I order the basic package?
Yes! You can add the "source file" extra service when you check out, it's $10 extra.
What if I need extra drawings or revisions?
You can add extra drawings or revisions in the extra service, each is $10, and delivery time will be extended by 1 day.
